4 1/8" blade length, the back side is flat. The blade is 3/16" thick. This is one serious neck knife. Overall 8 3/4" Handle 4 1/4" in length. The handle is cord wrapped over Stingray. The neck sheath is Kydex. The Kydex sheath has scratched the blade some. $225.00
