| Doc Hagen is a retired Dentist.
Since his retirement he's focused on making exquisite handmade
knives. He made his first knife is 1973. He's also been a voting
member of the Knifemakers Guild since 1976. All of his
knives are completely handcrafted in his one man shop. Folders
have become his specialty. Natural handle materials are his
preference. The stainless steel he uses is mainly 440C. Heat
treating is done in his own controlled atmosphere oven.
The knife above has a 440C blade
and the length is 3 3/16". The overall length is 7 5/16".
The double bolsters are engraved my J.R. French. The scales are
